Default Need Help ASAP !!! Framing in elements

Ok ya'll, I have a dilema..I am using elements 7..I clicked on photo effects and then Frame...I have a nice frame on my pic but I need to move it so it covers the part of the pic I want it to....I can't for the life of me fiqure out how to do this...Tech support wants to charge me $39 to tell me......I have looked online...I do much better w/ simple easy 123 directions...someone pleaseeeee help me..Thanks a million

Why not try cropping your photo to show the bit you want -- and then add the frame?

I tried this....it is not an outside frame that I'm talking about...this frame is kinda like a recessed frame it goes around inside the pic, not on the outside edge

I'm not sure how you created your frame and I don't use Elements, ( I use CS4) but try this link to a tutorial and see if it helps.
