Hello everyone!
I am new here and this looks like an awesome active photography forum. A little about myself, my name is Jessica but most people call me Jess or Jessie. I was always into taking pictures but when I got my first digital camera in 2007 after a few months I was hooked and wanted to learn all I could. I took a few online photography classes which were really fun and I learned lots. I mostly take pictures of wildlife and I post my photos on flickr. My first digital camera is the Canon PowerShot S5 IS & I have the 1.5x Teleconverter for it which gives me a focal lengh of 600mm when the teleconverter is on. I have recently bought a Canon EOS 40D and have a 50mm f/1.8 and a 35-80mm f/4-5.6. The 35-80mm being from my old film Canon Rebel. I still use the S5 for wildlife till i can afford a longer lens. I have photos that have been published in brochures, books, the local newspaper & even a magazine. Look forward to chatting with you all and seeing some great photos and learning a lot more! ![]() Jess |
