Default The end of the summer...

I think the summer is over, definite change in the air and a bit of a chill in the morning and the nights are drawing in - time for the autumnal shots!!

Autumn is a ways away here in Georgia...not until October/November in these parts. But I am ready for cooler weather!

Yep. The nights are certainly drawing in, it gets dark before 10 O'Clock now and the work put the heating system as well. I came close to switching it on at home last week too.

Still, on the bright side: autumn colours, later sunrises and telescopes comes out the cupboard.

The aspen leaves are starting to turn here. I was up in the mountains a few days ago and was sad to see them. Not that the mountains are far from here, since I am all ready at about 7,000 feet. My garden flowers are also starting to turn. bah humbug
Time to head to georgia for a nice ride!!

Leaves are still yellow and brown here from the heat and drought. I'll be glad when fall and autumn rains gets here so things will turn green again.
