Our health, I just ran in to man I've know for about twenty years now. Al was the guy who delivered hostess potato chips to the store when I was with 7-Eleven. Al is a good five years younger than I, today he looks ten years older and walking with an oxygen bottle. For the record he has always been a non smoker.

I know it's been said before, but you pitcher got to stop and smell the roses. Or take a beautiful pitcher to share with every body. Life is short and you just never know.

My wife and talked and we are going to start walking every ( weather permitting) night.

My new job at the Coal Mine has me walking about 2 miles everyday. And MAN am I sore ughhhh

I had a tour of a closed coal mine a few years ago, You sir earn every penny they pay you.
