"Adobe Flash Player" Install . . . looks like a Virus to me!
FYI, every time I try to reply to my own thread in SYS, I get a suspicious message that looks like it's from Adobe, trying to install a version of flash. This does NOT look legit. I'm not going to be replying until this gets fixed . . .
The .exe file is from "dhao.info" in case someone wants to work on this.

Russ, we saw some messages of this earlier today. We've let Sime know and we're trying to find out what's going on. Just so you know that we're aware of the problem. Hopefully we can figure out what's happened soon so that you and everyone else having the problem can go back to using the forums normally.

Yeah, I'm one who saw something similar. I know that the DPS administrators will take care of this.
Nonetheless, I think we all have to be diligent and report these aberrations.

Just wanted to say thanks, this was fixed in the thread that I mentioned. It looks like one person's comment was deleted, which makes me think the issue was somehow related to their comment and/or sig.
I appreciate all the hard work that the DPS mods do around here!

I just ignored the pop up, went to adobes website and DL'd the latest version of flash from there. That way I knew it would be safe.
Shouldn't get the pop-up anymore if it is a legit thing.

Earlier today I noticed that after I replied to some threads that I got that pop-up, I've since scanned my computer a couple of times and I should be good (haven't been getting the error). Sorry if some of my posts were doing it!
