Manual mode with center weighted metering, mostly. Though I realize I should pay more attention to different metering modes... Other than that, If I'm feeling lazy/in a hurry, I'll use Program mode.

A or M, it's about a 50/50 split for me. It all depends on whether or not I feel conditions will be rapidly changing and all that jazz.

I used to allways use Program mode with my P&S. Never bothered with auto since it took everything away, if auto could compose the shot and hit the shutter it would. Program gave me more options (as in: any options whatsoever). I've been slowly moving to aperture priority after i learned how aperture exposes for ambient even with flash, which is typically what I want. Manual I only really use when doing off camera lighting and most of the other times just use one of the other "creative" modes as canon calls them. Program is my fall back when I don't feel like thinking
