I look down at a thread I'm replying to and see this under the "Trackback" thingy.

My guess would be that some spam bot has attempted to respond to the thread and it's gone into moderation, but the record of the trackback is still in the DB. This is likely a bug, since any message that isn't displayed in the thread shouldnt' have it's associated trackbacks displayed either.
