I have the Ad-Blocker Plug-in for Firefox, and I never see any ads... it's really annoying when I visit the forum on someone else's computer and that's all I see.

This isn't an ad, it's at the very top of the forum.

I leave my computer signed into DPS. I've never had a popup or annoyance to sign up to anything unless I've signed out or cleared my cookies. *shrugs*

I also have the ad blocker for Firefox and it works very well for all the different sites I visit. Ads on free websites are nothing new, it is how you are able to view all the information and join in discussions at no cost to you. If you are really annoyed by it, try the Firefox add-on.

Seriously, you guys need to stop complaining about advertisements it's getting really old. Your starting to remind me of a little baby who cries for his bottle because he's not happy.
You have two options. 1. Install Ad Blocker if your that bothered by one banner at the top of the forum, one to the right and one at the very bottom. (way fewer ads then most sites, how would you like it if we started inserting advertisements between posts all the time; would you like that better?!) 2. Stop crying about it, most sites have more advertisements on one page then the entire DPS site. Grow up

It was a bar right BELOW the banner about a inch tall saying to sign up for the newsletter... it's not there anymore. I saw it this morning. |
