Hi.
Somehow I have folders in LR that are, for example, named, 2008-23-07 which may have 20 photo's. I then have a sub folder beneath this, again as an example, which is named Thursday. This sub folder has the same 20 pictures in it. As a house keeping exercise I only need the main folder, but I can not find out how to "move up" the sub folder. Drag and drop does not work. Right click, remove, does not give me the option to promote sub folders. Any thoughts please. |

I'm no expert but what I would do is re-import the pictures in order to get what I want and delete the unecessary without choosing the option to actually delete the file on your hard-drive (so basically just the copy of it in LR).
