Default help of a different kind

I could use some help critiquing a "photo". I have been very unhappy with, and sometimes even embarrassed by, many of the photos used for publicity for a dance company with which I work. With the mods permission, I would like to post a scan of the latest for review by the esteemed people on this forum.

sure......let's see it. You'll probably have to post in critique section

Actually, I'd leave it be. If you present your own work and we tear it down, you gave us permission. If you present someone else's work and we tear it down, my guess is that it would be potentially actionable.

Anyway, what will you learn that will make a difference? If the photographer is likely to recognise weaknesses and be interested in learning, ask them to join up and share it here.

Thanks,

Wulf

I'd love to see it actually and hear what it is you don't like about it.
