Default What happens when...

... you let idiots set your lights up.

Attached is a photo I took while walking to work. A makeup store had their lights set up for the "makeover chair". I had a good chuckle.

Well, to be honest, I don't know how to set up a light either. But I also know that I don't know how and would tell you that.

Hint: the umbrella isnt there to protect the strobe.

(the strobe is aimed the wrong way: it should be pointed AT the umbrella)

You've failed to take into account the context, I suspect.

The light is being used for a makeover chair - the white umbrella is there to take some of the "sting" out of the bright orange glare that will be reflected off the face of the madeover subject when the flash fires, and reflect it back onto the face with a slightly less nauseatingly garish tone...

Not sure that I'd want to use that umbrella anyway. It's filthy. Might get an ugly color cast on the subject.

Yep!
That a clear sign of a sad, fired assistant.

Don't forget that it's for the makeover chair. It's supposed to give a ghastly look of the customer in the *before* picture.

Looks right to me ! LOL!
