Default Help!!!!

I shot a wedding last Friday. After retouching some two hundred images in Photo Shop 6. I signed each one.
Now my wife thinks my signature and date should be moved down on the image.

The problem: I have already flattened the image in Photo Shop. I have no idea how or if I can
now move or adjust the text.

Anybody have any ideas? Again, I am using Photo Shop 6.

Thanks in advance,

F4F

What operating system are you using? Did you apply the signature after the edits (as in you reopened each file and applied the signature) or did you do it before saving each individual edit?

Some OS's have a feature where you can roll back to an earlier version of a file. Otherwise, I don't think there's a way you can do what you want to do (easily) in photoshop.

i always "save-as" a copy when watermarking... i think you're all out of luck if they are flattened JPEGS and you have over-written the originals

Your right, I did not "plan to fail" In other words, in a case like this, I should have backed up before adding my text. Live and lern.

XP also has the option to roll back to a previous date, but I think it wouldn't help you. Always back up!

That's good advice no matter what. I never just flatten and then save as jpg. I always save a psd version unflattenend, and then a flattenend jpg version. It's just good common sense practice.
