Default Sdhc - usb ?

Has anyone else seen it before ? i saw this in the latest(30years edition) "Camera!" magazine. i had a quick look on the SanDisc website, and it showed nothing. from what i gather, it breaks in the middle and you wedge the little tongue in between the metal surrounding of a USB port and the plastic where the contacts are.

Yep - these cards have been around for a little while, and can be had from Amazon:

Has anybody had any practical experience with these? It looks fragile, and I can't help but think that little "tongue" would be prone to breaking.

Besides that, aren't card readers practically standard on all computers now... So what's the point?
