What’s Your Preference?

I've been a member over two and a half years and I am finally to post 500. It is great to see how this place has grown, yet has still stayed true to its beginning. It's wonderful how well everybody interacts and gets along here. Photography and DPS are my escapes from a very demanding schedule and I don't get to spend as much time on here as I'd like to.

Sometimes weeks may go by between visiting, but it's always nice to come here for a break and some inspiration. So many talented photographers here and the progress so many have made is pretty amazing.

Hats off to Darren and the wonderful and helpful administrators and moderators. Thank you!

Congrats on your 500th post. I agree, it's almost like taking a break from life for a minute or two. Sometimes I feel like I should spend less time here looking and more time taking pictures. But there is so much to learn and so much talent here. Yet, no one makes you feel like you aren't worthy. Best site around.

From a 'newbie' I think this site is great - I particularly enjoy seeing pictures and peoples interpretations of the assignments the world over. I also enjoy the assignments as they make you think and try things you might not always do.
