V is for... Victors

Winners of the 2 person team 24 hour mountain bike race. I was the mechanic of 2 other teams, but I know both of those riders.

Default V is for Queen Victoria

Queen Victoria.

She stands on the sea front at St Leonards on Sea.Near Hastings. East Sussex.Uk.
Some joker has given her a hat (Makes a change from a traffic cone).
Another joker from WW2 has put a bullet through her.
She is not amused!
