Default I'm nervous

I dont do a ton of portraits for various reasons but tomorrow I am shooting for a catalog, web site and magazine. Some clothing store out of Wyoming is bringing thier models down here for me to photograph them for thier line of clothing.Mostly western wedding apparel.
I have the Colt Ranch all set up so we can use carriages, horses and anything else we need and think it will be a lot of fun.
Just nervous and wanted to vent.....................................
Perhaps a Budweiser will help. lol
Oh wait no, I think that was 58.

I'm sure you'll be fine and everything will turn out great. Of course, its my experience, that Budweiser makes everything better.

Best of luck (not that you'll need it!) You'll do great! It's still ok to be nervous, but you'll be fine.

Thanks guys. It's a totally different ball game to create art the way you see it. Its another ball to create images the way THEY want them. yikes

Good luck ~ I have seen your website and you do beautiful work!
I am sure you will be outstanding!

I am just a beginner but this advice works when I am teaching people how to train dogs (not that models are dogs but...) they will feed off of your mood... without you saying or doing anything your models are going to feel what you feel. If you stay calm, in control and go out there with a fun spirit they will give you the best shots and the entire experience will be better. If you go in nervous or worried ~ the models will be more reserved with you and you won't get that magical shot

Thank you so much! I am the master at faking it. I am truly a very shy shy person. So shy in fact I still have a hard time talking to a person on a one to one basis.
Now keep that in mind, before I moved to Trinidad I worked for the 5th largest developer in the country. They hired me to tour the country and do motivational speaking and train people how to sell. And, was phenominal at it. In fact I did tours with Kissinger, Christopher Reeve, Barbara Bush, Colin Powel and such. I have no problem what so ever in getting up in front of 25,000 people and giving a speech,. but that one on one thing kills me. I hate this but I giggle when I am nervous
As long as its more than one person I'll be fine.
Cept my husband wants to go and that could be a problem. He likes to insist on how to do things and generally he is wrong.lol

Well, you did say models (plural), so work them two at a time and you won't have to worry about the one on one thing!
