Default Where would you revisit ?

Looking thro' some shots of a trip to Thailand, Oz, NZ, Raratonga & LA over five years ago, I found myself saying I only wish I could go back there with my current gear (or upgrade of course) & do the locations justice!

So my question is:

Where would you most like to revisit & why?

cliffface-1

For example here is a rockface on a beach along Bateman's Bay a few hours south of Sydney.

Taken with a Minolta Dimage 5 an early bridge camera that packed up at the end of the trip with a total tally of 5349 pictures in the LR catalog.

One of the huge benefits of living where I do, is that everywhere I want to revisit, I can -- tomorrow. But if I had to list something, I wish I had the time to redo my "summer of waterfalls." The summer between my master's and the start of my phd, I took the whole summer off and spend my days travelling to every known waterfall in this end of the world. It was great... but my photography sucked. Go ahead, check 'em out if you dare! There are a few good ones... accidentally (or added later, on occasion). That's about it.

I'd love to be able to take the time and spend another season like that -- with what I know (and have) now. Those were all within an hour or two of my current house, but... work! As always.

It would have to be Yosemite, or the Olympic Peninsula, or maybe Seattle. Maybe San Francisco. No, Yosemite. I don't know. All of them.

I'd love to re-visit Australia, especially now that Im packing a proper camera. It's an amazing place and I saw far too little of it far too quickly.

Yeah, Australia's hard to cover - even as someone who's lived here all his life!

Especially on just 20 Altarian dollars a day (and if anyone gets that joke, youre almost as big of a nerd as I am for making it).

We were able to see alot of it, but none in real detail, sadly. It was an amazing place.

I would say San Fran. I grew up there. And photography is still new to me. But S.F. is a very photogenic city. I'd like to try out my new gear. One could see the whole spectrum of visions past before you every single day. And I will visit soon. No doubt.

I would love to go back to New York and San Francisco. I went there, the latter twice, but that was before I got into photography. I would love to go and get some great photos, that you can only get in those cities
