Wow, Max. Its an impressive collection of the common questions that we see floating in the forum everyday. Thank you for starting a summary thread. It should be a sticky in the General Chit-Chat forum.

One question that comes up very frequently is a comparison and choice between the Canon XS and XSi. If you feel its common enough, add it to the list.

Excellent thread, I bookmarked it. There are three questions I want answers too and this is very helpful.

It's funny , as a new photography enthusiast I didn't know what to do or how to approach taking pictures in the park yesterday of people playing various sports. This thread will definitely help.

Awesome collection of posts to try and reduce the "I have a question that has been asked 120192 times before, but here it is anyway" posts. Very nice. There's probably some more that need to be 'added' to the collection, but this is a great start. Would be good if a mod could 'sticky' it so it doesn't vanish into the never never and we wind up with the questions being asked again anyway.

Oh, and, for the record. THANK YOU so much for including my advice in this collection --- in the low light/concert photography section --- it's good to know that others have found it useful, and I wasn't talking entirely out my amature behind! Haha.
