Default Grrr...but not the end of the world I guess

Ok so I just got a 50D and right out of the box I had 2 dead pixels on the vga and Im guessing a dead pixel on the sensor. There was a green dot in the same place in every photo. So I had to send in my brand new toy to Canon.

I do have to say that Canon's customer service is great. I was very upset at the fact that I had to send a new camera in to service. Everyone I talked to was very courteous and sympathetic. I expressed my annoyance at the fact that I had to pay $50 to send it to them so they are sending an eyepiece extender for free. Kudos to Canon!

$50 to shipping company (had to be insured) .The warranty states that they are not responsible for shipping to them so yeah I pretty much did buy an overpriced eyepiece from them lol
