Default Hello Forum!

Hey everyone, I am new here so I thought I would introduce myself. I am a very amateur photographer. So amateur in fact that I am using a Point N Shoot. I currently shoot with a Fujifilm Finepix S2000HD. It's okay for now until I can afford a DSLR. When I'm not doing photography I breed reptiles.

Check out my Photostream on Flickr

This is my Business Flickr, I shall be using this one more since my other one wont work for me anymore, It still has all my old photos though.

Congradulations! My wife bought me a Nikon D60 a couple of months ago. I just got into photography and I love it. The D60 is a great camera. I have learned so much since I got it. I have learned a lot from this forum and I am now reading the book 'understanding exposure'. This book has cleared up so much for me and I just got the book today... I have just put up a website but there is nothing really on it yet. I have a photoblog that I haven't put anything on yet, due to the fact that I'm serving time at sea in the US Navy. I will be able to upload some of my work in a few days. Criticism it welcome and wanted! Of course when I finally get my work uploaded...

As Harrison Ford said, "Snakes, I hate snakes!" No, actually, I spent time in Panama's rain forest, snakes don't bother me nearly as much as spiders..........yuk!

Welcome to DPS.
