Default Do you take your camera everywhere?

Just curious. I think I am quite bad at this and need to get into the habit of carrying it round more. I'm a mum though and I'm often lucky if I get out of the house at all, the amount of stuff we need to bring with us

Yep. I always have at least one camera with me. I actually bought a D40 as my general walkin' around camera, because it's so much smaller than my other one.

When Im at school, my school bag is (one of) my camera bag(s). It carries my laptop mainly, but theres plenty of room for photo gear. I have my camera at all times in those instances.

Now that classes are over for the summer, I dont have it with me nearly as much.

I take my camera around quite a bit on the weekends, but I never seem to have it during the week when I actually need it.

I've toyed with getting a small P&S camera to take around, but the money is not there right now. One of these days I'll get one.

I read it somewhere that if you don't have a camera with you, just snap your fingers instead when you spot something you want to shoot. With this trick, you can train yourself to see even without a camera.

I agree, I always have a way to snap a shot even if it's Iphone but I am often sorry I didn't bring my XSI with me. I do worry about it and having it with me.

My cameras go with me when I leave the house.
