rubbish memory

hi to all, not been about for a while as had virus on computer and lost everything!!!
lost alot of software for my website and only just got that back.

but as i've not been online i've not been using flickr and i can't remember my username OR password.

won't recognise my alternative email address either

what can i do????

I don't know if this helps or not, but because I'm logged into flickr right now, I can see the email address it has listed on your profile: vicki.johnson96 [at] yahoo.com

... I know this sounds like a really obvious question, but did you try vicki.johnson96 as your username?
