Talking most diffuclt thing you have ever photographed?

What is the most difficult thing you have photographed? (besides people)

Yes, I know "people" are the hardest. LOL

My personal hardest thing to photograph was and IS - Airplanes flying/landing at nighttime at my local airport. I have YET to get a decent photograph of an airplane landing at nighttime.

So let's hear your most difficult thing to photograph?

Years ago I shot this guy in my back yard...

Spyder

Not a great photo. But to coerce the spider out of hiding I had to catch flies and release them into his web. Which is why you can see three flies in the shot.

Kind of creepy now that I think back.

Wildlife and Birds in the wild..they don't take direction well, and they won't sit still.
This is the best pic I got yesterday...a short tailed weasel. I missed MANY more shots, some woould have been fantastic to have gotten...

I'd say probably this clownfish. There were a bunch of them in the tank, and they were so fast, just darting around like crazy! Also, it was very, very dark in the aquarium I was visiting. This was the best out of at least a dozen clownfish shots.

Mine was this 20 month old little boy. His mom warned me that he is crazy. Boy was she right! That little guy never ever stops.

Flying birds for me. Need the right gear, the sun in the right location as it relates to both you and the bird, a complimentary background, bird needs to be relatively close unless you have a $5K lens and a 2x teleconverter and, on top of all that, the damn birds go anywhere they want! It sure is fun, though, and satisfying when the shot is pulled off.

Birds, moon, snow, moving horses.....you name it, I have 200shots of it to prove I have problems with it.

My 2 year old nephew when he's watching Bob The Builder (his father is a builder, too). Trying to get him to do anything but be mesmerised by pretty moving pictures is impossible!

Otherwise, while I love the challenge and still get some great shots, I'd say live music. Especially in smaller venues with local bands... such poor poor lighting.
