Question Photography Course?

I'm looking for a good online photography course. I know there's one advertised here on DPS and I'm also looking into The Photography Institute. I've taken one class at betterphoto.com, but am looking for something more thorough.
Can anyone recommend or suggest one? I'm willing to spend the money if it's a good, quality course, but I don't know where to start. I want something more than just a basic class.

Thank you for your suggestions!

Angie

Look at your local community colleges. Chances are many of them offer courses you can sign up for "a la carte"

I did check with my Community College, which is just down the street from where I live, but they aren't offering anything that will work for me. Hoping to find something online that I can do in my "spare" time. Thank you for the suggestion!

In that case, perhaps there are online courses at universities abroad. Those you would be able to do more "on your time."

That's what I'm hoping for, but it's scary paying up front for something without hearing any reviews on it. Hopefully someone here has taken one or heard of one and can give me some input.
Thank you so much!

Another thing you can try is looking at some local Art Guilds, the one near me has a weekend photography course running every few months. I've taken one before too, it was excellent.

If you have a Nikon, did you check out the Nikon School? It's an online course I believe with video tutorials.
