Anyone been to any great lectures?

Last week, Larry Sultan came and gave a guest lecture at my school, it was so inspiring! It was great to see someone so dedicated to his craft. He hasn't always done photography, but that is pretty much all he does now, and I love his work.

Also, last month George Tice came and gave a talk with personal critiques to my class. He only does large format photography, but everything he does can apply to digital. The care he takes for every one of his prints is incredible, and it was so amazing to actually have him look at some of my work.

Anyway, has anyone been to any great lectures that inspired them or changed how they looked at photography?
