Default Transitions glasses wearers?

Hi,

Just had a thought - my specs have transitions lenses in them and go dark when the sun is out. This means that when I look through the viewfinder I don't see the same colours the camera is seeing. Sometimes when I look at my pictures on the PC later I'm a little disappointed because the colours don't come out the way I saw them in the first place. Has anyone else noticed this, and if so, is do they find it a problem as well?

I can't take my glasses off as my eyesight is pretty bad and the dioptre adjustment in the camera isn't enough to compensate for that.

Guess I'll have to get myself a pair of clear glasses for when I'm shooting on bright days...

Or,
I beleive you can get a dioptre adjusted to your prescription.
Pretty sure I read that somewhere.
May be a good place to start is the camera manual.

Cheers!

He's talking about the lenses that automatically darken to become sorta sunglasses in bright light. Not necessarilly a prescription issue.

I never ever shoot with my sunglasses on, prescription or not (see my avatar!). Its uncomfortable and, yes, I get the same issues. If im doing alot of photos out in the sun, my glasses get clipped to my shirt. Otherwise they got stuffed onto the top of my head.
