The hardest thing about something like this is to avoid cliché... I mean, you could go for angle wings and devil horns, but I'm sure there's a more interesting way to do it. Maybe something with lighting?
How about get the same model... light them once with the softest, most diffuse light you can manage, from all angles, no shadows, maybe gelled slightly blue. Then again in a different position and pose with harsh direct strong light, cross lit and slightly below to cast intersting shadows... under expose the background a bit to make them both look like they're glowing and combine the two shots with PP. Hell, if you don't do it, I might!
