Weekly frustration

I post this at the risk of being told how ignorant I am, but.....
It has become a weekly frustration for me to find where the assignment winners can be found. The "front page" shows the big winner. But where do we find the 2 runners up? I have previously been told they can be found in the winners thread but that hasn't been updated since Portrait of a person. I've also been told they can be found under new posts, but there isn't anything there either. Sorry if I'm being old and stupid, but I'm tired of being frustrated about this. I can always learn from the winning photos, but not if I can't find them. I just don't understand why this has become so difficult. Or are we giving the big winner center stage for several days before posting the runners up page? Can anyone with patience help me with this?

On the front page, every Saturday 8pm EST (about Sunday lunch in Aus), you'll find a post under the "Photography Tips & Tutorials" heading with a title along the lines of "This week in the DPS forum (date)". It has the winner, the two runners up, and some very brief explanations as to why.

I think the winner on the front page is enough, with the runner ups being given 'publicity' through this post. I'm unsure if they're announced in the weekly email, too, but if they're not, their inclusion in the email newsletter wouldn't hurt

OeterB - Thank you! I've made a note. I agree with you about just featuring the winner on the front page and going to the thread post for the runners up. I just had not been able to figure out where to find that post. Again, thank you so much!

Sime has also started a thread that links to each of the weekly posts featuring the winners (at least some of them, it's a work in progress).
