Default Please help; this is an easy question

Hello, all. I had sent DPS an email on this, but never got an answer and it is driving me crazy.

I simply want to include a link to my flickriver page in my signature. I had it working one time, but then I decided to change it from the word link to an icon that flickriver provides, now I can get neither to work! I want the image, but I would settle for this:

AlphaBjerke's Photos on Flickriver

Thanks in advance!

Um, Roy, I don't understand that language

I have gone to user CP - edit signature-paste, but it never works.

Copy the URL to clipboard then edit your signature and add the URL, without HTML code.

Hi! Go to User control, then under setting and options go to edit your signature. Once you're there click the link that looks like a globe, copy the url from your browser then paste it to the window that says "Enter the URl of your link". HTH

Go to your page, copy the URL (address).
In DPS go to UserCP then Edit Signature.

Try leaving a space after "Flickriver:" and then paste the URL and finish with the Enter key.

I have already added mine and now I have added yours as well and both work fine (will remove yours, was just making sure it works).

One problem I see is your url starts http:// then there's the anchor tag with the brackets and the a href which then fronts the http all over again. That alone will break the link. A link should start out (if I wrote it here it would code out and you wouldn't see it) left square bracket "[" followed by upper case URL= followed by a quote " then the url starting at http:// with the www, etc. as you were doing, (no spaces) and then after, the quote again to close it, and a right square bracket. Then the text you want folks to see as a link, followed by another left bracket, forward slash / again with upper case URL, and the last right square bracket to close the link.
So check the code for typos and see if that's what's giving you the problem.
This is me assuming you know how to edit the signature file (not something I've done here yet) but are having problems getting your link to work.

Do you mean something like this?

vandergus - View my 'Favorites' set on Flickriver

If so, I don't think you can do it. There are certain restrictions to what can be in a signature and I think images are one of them. Probably to prevent signatures from getting to large size wise and byte wise. It would be pretty cool, though.
