Default Adorama

Got a question about Adorama's customer service.
I ordered a used lens from them and they sent me the wrong one.
I emailed them as soon as I got my package.
So on to my question.
Are they pretty good about fixing goof ups like this?

Anyway thanks for your time.

I didn't have any problem returning the right used lens they sent me. Five minutes on the phone with the used department, and everything was settled.

I have had some bizarre problems with their printing department (AdoramaPix). I just finally finished a 2 MONTH run-around in which my photos were misprinted. The replacements were supposedly printed and shipped three separate times -- none of them arrived. However, eventually a manager took note, and the whole thing was solved only 3 days later -- so in that sense, it finally worked out.

Other than that one ordeal, I have been very happy with them, both for prints and equipment. But now I'm a little more wary.

I have used them many times and never had a problem. I am sure you will be pleased with the service.

I've never had a problem with anything I've gotten from Adorama until now. Got a flash that was broken when I opened the box. So i guess I'll find out how good their return policy is. But, frankly, I don't think it will be a problem at all. I've heard lots of good things about their customer service. So I'm not really worried. Just waiting until I can get in touch with them to get an RMA.

I've been able to return things there without a problem. I had a used lens that was defective on delivery. They tried to repair it but weren't able to so I got a refund.

By the way, did you choose you're forum name just for this thread?

lol no my forum name is am old username I came up with for an online game in the mid 90's. Every user name I tried was already used so I typed in imrealymad and it took it.
It has just kinda stuck with me.
Heck I aint even mad about this. Mistakes happen. Oh and I registered for the forum 10 days before this even happened.
