Cool Just dropped $600.00

Ugh I had to think for a few hours with my button on the proceed to checkout button. I feel so dirty now spending so much money again after just buying a 24-70 F2.8 L. Well within a week I will have a Canon 430 EX II, flip flash bracket with sync cable that supports e-ttl, diffuser, more darkroom chemicals, battery grip with 2 batteries for my XTi.

My wallet is now crying and hiding in the corner.

Have I been a bad boy?

On a lighter note with my XTi loaded with a 24-70 F2.8 L, battery grip, 430 EX II and bracket my camera will now weigh close to 10lbs.

The only thing I have left to buy this year is possibly a photography vest which will cost about $250.00, use a lead sealed battery as an external battery pack for my flash $50.00 and some more memory cards, $30.00. Then I'm cutting myself off for the year until next summer.

I will probably hold off the vest until next year when I am gonna blow about $8,000.00 and go full frame with a few L series lens.

Good thing I'm not married or I would be getting a divorce. I don't think the wife would approve of my rampant spending spree.

The old saying goes, to make money you gotta spend money.

Once I get finished shooting a bunch of weddings this year with my friend I doubt I'll ever want to get married.

Man, that XTi must be absolutely dwarfed by all those big items!

Nice. Doesn't the internet make it so easy to make your dreams come true ... and to get you into trouble?
