As I am not a resident of US, I'm not eligible to join the contest. I realized this after I finished creating one dream and then checked the contest rules. boohoo! Here are my (supposed-to-be) entries:

Detailed Description
As Robert Greenleaf said, "It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead…The difference manifest itself in the care taken by the servant-first to make sure that other people’s highest priority needs are being served. The best test, and difficult to administer, is: do those served grow as persons, do they grow while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants?".

At heart, the individual is a servant first, making the conscious decision to lead in order to better serve others, not to increase their own power. The project's objective is to take a portrait of 100 leaders around the globe that touches the very heart of their constituents. It aims to capture the character of a true leader: genuine concern for the people they lead.

My dream is to travel the seven continents of the Earth, ask a local community on who they think has the ten characteristics which describes the essence of a servant leader: listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of others, and building community. I will then write a formal letter to the leader they choose and invite him/her to a 5-min photoshoot. The leader will then be asked to define what is leadership based on what he has done for the community.

The 100 portraits will be posted online and will serve as an inspiration for individuals to grow in their respective organization, increase teamwork and personal involvement.
