Default Gloomy Bermuda

..anybody here been to bermuda? i'm off to bermuda this weekend and the weather's looking bad, cloudy & gloomy for the most part.. what am i to do?! help me out!

I've been to Bermuda a number of times. Lots there to do besides the beach, nightlife is great although I found it to be a bit on the pricey side. Of course it's a tourist meca so you're going to pay tourist prices. Dining is also good, a lot of great restaurants.

As for the weather, unless you have a lot of pull with the weather gods, there's not much you can do.

thanks blue.. actually, this is going to be my second visit.. the first one wasn't any good either (jan 09).. it was gloomy & drizzling as well.. i was trying to avoid the crowds & the tourists.. i managed to get some decent shots though.. i was looking forward to shooting a sunny elbow beach but now it seems out of the question.. hmm.. thinkety-think..

So, maybe you should research and find out the best times to photograph there? If it's business trip and somebody else is paying then, do the best you can. If you're paying go in the early Summer to Autumn months. Just a thought

yep, i've done my research already.. i was just getting some feedback from peeps who've been to bermuda (and experienced gloomy weather) too.. and it's not business, it's purely pleasure..
