Talking I'm a happy camper

Fedex brought me my backdrop stand and my gigantic five in one reflector this morning - I can now start taking some portraits without relying on throwing a sheet up haphazardly, having my son hold up a piece of crappy old foamboard, and hoping for the best, LOL! My husband might be a bit perturbed that our livingroom is now a makeshift photography studio, but like anyone actually ever SITS in the livingroom, LOL!

UPS will be bringing my coupling ring at some point today, too, so I can attempt some macros. Hopefully it'll work with my lenses; if not, I'm only out eight bucks.

Thanks, everyone! My little one was in the mood to make some funny faces, so here's a shot of her. What a goofball.

Funny face!

Well, I got my coupling ring, too. Looks like lots of vignetting with the 18-55, but that can be fixed with cropping. I didn't have much time to play with it today, but when I've got some time alone (i.e. no kidlets around) I'll mess with it more.
