Default Are you a Mac or a PC user?

a simple question just to see what photographers prefer.
Currently I am using both of them. A notebook(xp) at home. Mac Pro at the studio.
I am going to purchase the new iMac with leopard in future.
Both of them are great and amazing operating systems. But I do prefer Mac over PC.

Default Mac or PC

I actually use both.

My Desktop at home is a PC. This is the computer I do most of my photoshop work on. My work computer is also a PC.

My portable is a MacBook. It goes with me where my camera goes in the event I need to look something up on the Internet or quickly upload pictures to the computer.

I am hoping to upgrade to a Mac at home within the next couple of years (maybe after I win the lottery )

I use a REAL computer - a PC

Just funning with ya. I use an HP with an Intel Dual-core 6400 processor and 2 gigs of ram. Got a pair of 300gig SATA hard drives, 2 small external USB drives and 4 insertable 300gig HP personal media drives. That should be enough space for now! Computer also has a card reader built-in that reads just about any type of memory. Also have a 22" wide screen flat panel monitor.

PC all the way!

Though, in all fairness, I have only played with macs a little bit, so I cannot say I don't like them. But, I have been using PCs for so long now, I think it would waste more time to switch than it would to just stick with what I know.

My system:
Dell (first PC I ever bought whole... that I didn't put together)
Intel Core Duo 2.8Ghz
3GB RAM
120GB / 300GB internal HD + 500GB External
22" Widescreen + 20" Standard monitors

It keeps Photoshop happy and not bogged down...

My first computer was a Mac, and I still miss Macs for many things. The 2nd OS I used involved various flavors of Linux (RedHat, SuSE, something that started with an M that I don't remember the name of now because it's been several years). My current computer is a PC, running Windows XP.

I use a PC but aspire to mac, would love a macbook pro...but would always keep a PC too. Well, probably as I'm a bit of a geek I would keep a few PCs just like I have at the moment running both Windows and Linux.

Cheers

Tim

I use PC/windows - mainly because I also use windows at my work - so I don't have to remember two different OS.
