2 2GB SanDisk Ultra II CF cards
1 1GB PQI CF Card

The PQI I know is an off brand, but I've never had problems with their cards; it's what I was using until my 2GB cards came in. I just like having spares

I keep a 2 gig Sandisk Extreme III in the camera and carry a spare 2gig Ultra II. I just bought an extra 2gig Ultra II at Staples yesterday as they were on sale for $29.99 and staples was nice enough to send me a $15 coupon to use on anything, so it only cost me $15.

I keep two 2 gig, one 1 gig with me and I have a 4 gig in the camera right now. I alternate between the 2 gig and 4 gig in the camera.
I feel they are light enough that I might as well keep them in the camera bag at all times.
My favorite is the SanDisk Extreme III. I have a Lexar but had problems with it so I'm not confident in using it. It can be my backup if I ever use up the other memory which is doubtful because I don't shoot in raw yet.
For the point and shoot I have several SanDisk SD cards which I also carry with me.

What is that and where can I get one? Will it work in my Nikon D-50?

I carry 1-2 gig
2-1 gig

I find that I have no preferance which brand I use. I've had equal luck with all that I've tryed.

I have an 8GB and a 2GB SD card. I primarily use the 8GB and the 2GB as a backup ... I need to buy more because I am getting wary about card failure.
