How can I get EXIF and my details to show up on posts and replies to critique; Do I have to do this manually of can I set it automatically to show

Welcome here.

I just type them in. I don't think there is another way. You could copy/paste it from another program if it's available (maybe from flickr), but I pull mine from Windows Explorer, so it doesn't copy and paste.

If you have a Flicr account, it's there --- I'd die if I had to type all of that in everytime! lol

For a quick example - click on any pic linked to Flickr... here's my latest upload. On the right hand side of the screen, you simply scroll down below the Tags to the Additional Information. Click on More Properties. Voila! You have Exif info!!

Do the same on yours that you upload, and it should be there. There are a few expections, but as long as you use the "Save As" option when you post process, you shouldn't have any problems.
