Default backdrop for wedding??

What color is a good color backdrop for a wedding. Black or whilte wouldn't work right? I mean the groom would blend in with the back and the bride would blend in with the white. Yes, shooting them seperately would work but together....what color?

Did they request a backdrop? Because if not, I think you'd get better shots if you scoped out locations at the wedding and reception sites - outdoors, neat spaces indoors - anything that captures their wedding venue.

A good shot may be him holding her, and her holding red roses or something that will stand out strong. and their heads are touching or their noses...

If that makes sense.

If you are taking Portrait shots it depends on your lighting and appature/shutter.
if not, find a great location around the wedding. probably indoors if you are in North America because it's mostly winter. so it will be tough. good luck
