I'm left eyed. Right handed.

I once had a pet cat who was left pawed.... it was cute.

Good grief.. DARNIT
I’ve been shooting with my right eye but I’m LEFT eye dominant!..
Right handed, right sock goes on first..

Left eye through the viewfinder is going to feel weird.. if doesn’t make sence to have my face so far over..

Thanks for the excellent link.. this is “eye opening”

Hi, I'm new here.

I'd noticed this a long time ago and thought it was odd. (right handed/left eyed) One time I attempted to shoot photos using each eye alternately. What I found was my left eye composed better but in my right eye the focus was superior.

Now, my only camera is a point and shoot so I use the display. It's a whole new experience. You definitely take different sorts of pictures depending on how you're getting the input.

Default Well, don't I feel silly!

What I originally posted is accurate -- I'm left-eye dominant and always knew I was. When I posted, I never picked up my camera to confirm it, but I was absolutely sure I used my left eye for shooting -- I conciously thought myself through the process and I could feel myself looking through the viewfinder with my left eye. At that point, I never gave it another thought until I was out shooting pictures after work today, and I was suddenly very much aware that I was using my right eye! Guess I'll have to give left-eyed shooting a try -- though my first attempt at it today felt rather awkward...

Default Hmm..

Gee, I noticed that I was "left eyed" (though right-handed) some time ago. From what I read in the links provided - I'm in the minority. But.. it seems that quite a few of the posters here are the same as me. I thought that it was an indication of high levels of creativity, technical ability, abstract reasoning and being very good looking.

Ok, ok.. how about three out of four?

Thanks for the links!
