Surprisingly, no, not EVERYWHERE. I do take it about 75% of the places I go, though.

Since most of the time I am anywhere is either work or sports with my kids, I carry my XTi. Otherwise, I have my cell phone in my purse with it's little camera at all time and I only recently took my P&S out of my purse.

I am honestly afraid to carry my DSLR with me everywhere - I know that I wouldn't take it, say, into the 7/11 with me when I go in for coffee, and certainly wouldn't want to leave it in the car. I'm just afraid that something would happen to it. (sigh....) I wish it were more practical to carry it. Maybe a bigger purse is the solution.

But I DO carry my P&S everywhere I go. I rarely use it, though, because I know that the photos it takes aren't nearly as good as the ones with my DSLR.

When i first got my DSLR i took it everywhere, i remember seeing and post on the blog about 10 reasons to take your camera everywhere so i did, but at work it's not really 100% secure to the public where i'd have to keep it so that didn't last too long i just got to worried i'd get back from ducking out of my area and find it gone so sadly no i don't carry it always anmore, but on the weekend i'll always put my camera bag and tripod in the car if i go somewhere.

okay, so maybe not everywhere.....but, it is with me for any trip more than the mundane to work and back slog....usually, it's both my rebel and my little powershot....

I Don't carry a camera with me at all times. In my job, I sometimes have to take snapshots, but I use one of the company cameras for that. I may bring my "big" camera to the jobsite when I work outdoors, but not always, and it depends on the job.

unfortunately, cameras are not allowed at my work, so I have to leave them home most of the time.
But I rarely leave my camera home when I'm not commuting.

One of my Nikon "D's" almost always rides shotgun with me in the car. For those rare occasions when I don't have one I have my enV LG9900 phone that has a 2 megapixel camera in it.

I was carrying my DSLR around everywhere for about 6 months, taking the camera bag instead of the purse started to be a hassle for running errands and going to work (and looked a little silly ), so now I just take my P&S, which fits into a "normal" purse. The camera bag with the DSLR comes with me any time I know I'm going to be with friends, though, because I wouldn't want to miss anything there.

I've given up carrying a purse and now use my camera bag as a substitute. I used to always try and cary around my Fuji 900 but the batteries would go dead with it sitting in the car. And it never fails, when you dont have your camera with you, you come across that once in a lifetime shot.
