Add me to the nos. I haven't even thought of doing it. For one thing I don't have pictures of myself, don't like pictures of me, one of the reasons I'm behind the camera, and another big reason is I would have to clean a mirror! I have been thinking of taking a self portrait, since I don't have a picture of me to use and I have been needing one for some of the sites I visit, but I have been thinking about setting up something outside and using my timer. Using a mirror never even entered my mind...hmmm.

I have one somewhere that I took when I had some down time at work. A shot of me in the rear view mirror of my truck.

Yes, I've taken some mirror shots of myself. Invariably, the camera is always present, but I love the fact that it's in the picture because it's become my companion and it reflects a part of who I am. Although I'm like some others that say they don't like being in pictures, I do take self-portraits every now and then just to remember what I looked like throughout the years. And I'm glad I have!

Default Who hasn't?

I would really be surprised to know photographers that hasn't done that. Sometimes when I'm bored, I'd even take a shot in front of the mirror just to hear the shutter and see the results. And sometimes even with flash! Interesting question though.
