Lens on. I'll adjust the contents of my camera bag to make sure it fits securely but it means that it is ready for action next time I need it. I think the lens seals the camera as well as the body cap.

I only remove lens to change to another, cant think of a good reason to do any different.lol

Mostly on, but recently got 2 new lenses so it has to be off to fit in the camera bag now...

I leave it on. I am always grabbing it in a hurry to take a shot.

I bought me a Tamron AF 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 XR Di II LD as replacement for XTI's (400D) kit (EF-S 18-55mm). And it has become my all purpose lens. Always on my camera.

My Sony A700 is ready to go with the lens on. It only comes off if I'm changing to another lens.

I always leave a lens on. Heard that it also reduces the chance of dust getting in, by not being exposed all that often. Could be wrong, but sounded good in theory!
