Most of the landscape shots submitted have tilted horizons. If you were submitting an image for a contest, wouldn't you want to correct that? I don't think it's an artistic choice (I hope not).

Yeah, exactly. Most of the shots weren't hideous, just some very basic "errors" let them down.

but the church one was hideous right?..

I thought about posting one of my shots up there, but then I realised I only have three friends who could vote, and two of them are imaginary.

But imagine how many times those friends could've voted for you. One vote per person rule wouldn't apply to them because they are imaginary. You could've totally won that competition. In your head.

Such a good idea! I'm officially holding a competition in my head. Right now I'm the only competitor, and the photo is an image I'm going to take sometime in the future that I'll be happy with, but I'm using it right now. As of this moment I'm in the lead, any voters out there?

But you havent told us if this future image is any good?..

If you are sure it is good, then I will definitely vote for it, is it of a stone (one of my imaginary friends thought he might have seen it from the future).

I imagine that picture you are imagining is an awesome picture & I imagine I will probably vote for it. In the future, when I get to see it
You should put your imaginary prints up in an imaginary gallery for everyone to see, you know what they say....... "If you can dream it, they will come" Or is that build it? Never mind
