x1.3 still precludes EF-S lenses. EF-S only covers x1.6, so you need to use EF for both full-frame and x1.3 APS-H

That thread got pretty heated.. i read through the whole thing. seems like there are still quite a bit of ill informed people out there when it comes down to a lot of the technical stuff. Looks like i have a bit more detailed reading to do.

Probably go for the 7D. Since I shoot stage performances, I need the quicker focus over the full frame. Not that I would turn down a free 5D.
