Default So Im having this issue..

I hooked up my 430EXII to my 5DMkii last night and now I can't seem to adjust Shutter Speed or ISO in Manual mode with the flash on OR off..

When I try to change the ISO it's saying "Flash Exposure Comp." instead and I can adjust that instead of the ISO..

This is probably an easy fix (DOH!).. But I couldnt find any type of solution on Google.

Anybody have any ideas? It's driving me bonkers.

Thanks!

Do you have a ring on the lens close to the camera that adjusts aperture size? If you do then you need to set to the highest number and lock it.

I don't know as I'm a Nikon guy. But I took a quick look at the controls of the 5d and it appears the ISO button is "also" the exp. comp. button...I would expect you have to hit another button to change it's "default behavior"... Maybe the "function" button on the back? Or use the other dial?
