Someone should ask the author, "Is there a reason why your husband turned to photography?"

Number 46 is reason "to date" rather than "not to date".

That's all so weird and geeky that my wife didn't understand why I was laughing to myself.. Oh dear.. Have I really become that sad?

Lol, I came to a lot of realizations while reading this. Maybe I need to step away from the computer for awhile

I am so surprised no one has mentioned how true #50 is.
Or maybe it's just my dirty little mind.

So me and the lady decided to go out and get something to eat tonight. Sometimes it's nice to get away from leftovers, ya know
. Well, we're sitting in the restaurant, and there's this amazing lighting falling on this hand sculpted woodwork. It's kind of hard to describe, but it was very well done and there was just a nice flow to it. It was very detailed work. And there was a soft warm light that complimented it perfectly.Well, I'm sitting there just staring at it, haven't even touched my food yet. And I keep playing out different angles in my mind on how I could get a really good shot of it. Thinking about different exposure settings, what the best DOF would be, what ISO I'd probably need so that I wouldn't have to sacrifice too much shutter speed and risk blurring. The average photographer stuff . Then I feel a hard flick, right across my forehead. Apparently my fiance had been talking to me for a whole 5 minutes straight and without realizing it, I was nodding to her words so she thought I was listening to her, when in reality I'd never even noticed she'd started talking. I was so fixed on framing this potential photograph in my head. Then she realized that I hadn't heard a word she said and brought me back to reality lol
