This is my public service announcement for the evening:

when shooting candle reflections on crystal

1. Make sure you are not wearing boxer shorts, an old beat up t shirt and your hair is not wrapped in a towel. Either that or watch and make sure your not casting YOUR reflection.

2. No matter how romantic and cool fluffy royal purple feathers hanging over a candle SOUNDS. DON'T!

Well... Here is the photo about 2 minutes before the back feather got a little *crispy* LOL

I did delete the ones where I was looking so sexy I knew folks wouldn't be able to take all of that sex appeal in.




I know it sounds completely stupid to catch the feather on fire BUT you would be surprised how zoned in a photographer can be and not see the forest through the trees LOL
