Need help pricing used camera

I recently upgraded from my Nikon D60 to a D300. Part of justifying this purchase was telling myself I could sell the D60. Now I am having a hard time pricing it. I looked at prices of used D60's online and I am thinking I should ask $350 (US). It is in great condition and I have all original packaging. Additionally, I have a "For Dummies" book, 4GB memory card and a pop-up flash diffuser (should a prospective buyer want it). I am also willing to pay for shipping within continental U.S. (ground). Is $350 too much for the body only? What is the best avenue to sell it? Ebay? Craigslist? DPS forum? I certainly don't want to rip anybody off and don't want to get ripped off myself. I'd appreciate any feedback anyone wants to give.

I think $350 might be a bit high, used D60s, with only a body are selling for $250 - $300 on sites like Adorama and KEH. KEH even has a refurbished D60 which includes a 90 day manufacturer warranty for $350. If you sell it on eBay you could get more than that for it, especially if you get people in a bidding war, otherwise, I think it'll be tough to find a buyer willing to pay that for just the body.

Well I checked out Fred Miranda and a few recently went for about $200.
