Default Hey Mods where'd my thread go?!

I posted a thread called "love & a red bench" in the critique section and it's vanished... where's it gone?

Hi Andy,
It looks like the images were oversized, and you posted more than one thread. Please take a look at the critique section rules, and repost.

Hi, thanks for the reply.

Any chance you guys can message people when you either move or delete a thread?

It would save a lot of confussion

That's been suggested before, but the problem is time. Mods are busy enough.

Perhaps an automated message system that says "Any chance you can read the rules before you post again" would work.

Most of the time we do, but I didn't do the deleting, so I couldn't really tell you what happened there.

Ok no problem, I understand time constraints etc for the mods but sometimes there's been feedback in the thread that the poster needs, so another suggestion would be a holding area where deleted threads are held for 24 hours before being deleted

Just thinking out loud tho

If there was feedback in the thread that you needed, you should have been more careful and posted correctly to start off with.

Why don't we leave that sort of thing to the mods and admins, eh?

Hey there, yes that was me and I apologize for not sending you a message. I agree it should be done with each oopsie. I know its a pitiful excuse but its mine. It gets tough to send each persona note on things they may have done wrong. There are sooo many every day.
Anyway, thank you for noticing and including the right size photos and all the info you need while posting in the critique section. We all appreciate it, more than you know!!
