I guess I am now an international photographer. I did a shoot for the online magazine Jeep Style last month, and they finally put up 15 of the photos. Jeep Style is a whole status thing in Japan. If you own a Jeep, you are doing great financially, are young and adventurous, and just plain cool. They wanted to do a piece on Kauai, so in a round about way, they found me and I took some shots for them. I have no idea what the article says as I don't read Japanese, but you know I'm all about the pictures anyway.
![]() Shooting for all of this was a tough one! I got the gig and had a three day deadline. And of course they wanted a bunch of nature shots. Too bad they wanted them during the rainy season here! I had a few moments in those three days that were not all rainy and crappy to get a few shots. Though i guess the rain didn't matter in the restaurant they wanted shot. Still not happy with a few of the shots, but they liked them so it's all that matters I suppose. All in all, it was a pretty cool job, and a nice perk was getting paid early! ![]() jeepstyle

Very very cool
Also, this: jeepstyle Talks all about Kauai; such as how it is the "Museum of Nature" and talking about the film industry. It's a very outdoorsy article about hiking and lushness, sprinkled liberally with talking about Hollywood. ![]() Congrats on a cool gig
